pli·ca (plk) n. pl. pli·cae (pls, -k): A fold or ridge, as of skin, membrane, or shell.
Plica is a live performance, sound improvisation, and video installation created by architect Marcos Zotes, dancer and choreographer Coco Karol and video artist Azmi Mert Erdem. It was performed during the opening of the exhibition, Texture The Frame at The Rogue Space in Chelsea, New York, 2011.
